find the formula to calculate this [MATHS]

I have a series of number which is given below :   

Quote

x, y, 44, 12, 66, 59, 99, 27, 82, 72, a, b

i want to find x, y, a and b what i know is that the number is between

> 0 - 99

i tried many logic but nothing works out so any help?

I found some correlations but nothing definitive .. There are no other useful elements or correlations?

The first striking thing for me now is the equal sum (base 10) of all digits on both sides of the center digit when all are concatenated .

i really do not know what function is it i am looking to find out the equation which satisfy this sequence as it comes as sequence based
